Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund. You will retain access until the end of your current paid period.

4. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions (1:1 or group) must be used within the timeframe communicated at purchase.

• Sessions are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice.

• No-shows or missed appointments are forfeited.

Coaching content is educational and supportive, not therapeutic or medical.
