At SarahHomePlay, we work hard to provide high-quality homeschooling resources, courses, and coaching services. Because all products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. Digital Products & Mini-Courses

All digital products, including:

  • Mini-courses

  • Digital downloads

  • Printables

  • PDFs

  • Guides

  • Templates

are non-refundable due to the nature of instant access.

Once a product is purchased and delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Membership Program

Your membership gives you immediate access to:

  • Existing courses

  • Weekly course drops

  • Community support

  • Bonuses

  • Exclusive content

Because members receive instant access to digital materials, membership payments are non-refundable.

You may cancel anytime, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
Future payments will not be charged once you cancel.

3. Coaching Sessions (1:1 or Group)

All coaching sales are final.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session:

  • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions or no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

4. Payment Issues
